Welcome to our staples product ordering page. Althougth nothing is certain in agriculture, we try to have these products available year round tanks to the mild Southern California climate and our innovative solar heat capture techniques.

Our produce is sold by the pound as assortments of available varieties on hand in each category. Select the number of pounds for the catagories you wish to purchase. Leave blank any catagory that you do not want.

  • Carrots

    Great cooked or raw, our carrots are rich in Beta Carotene which helps you get your daily dose of vitamin A for good vision. Our choices in soil also increase the naturally found dietary fiber, antioxidants and minerals which are essential for great health. Use them in soups and stews, boiled, steamed or fried to enhance not only taste, but the look of your dishes.

  • Cucumbers

    Cool, crisp, and refreshing, our cucumbers will taste great sliced on your next salad. They are a good source of vitamin C and A and are high in potassium, manganese, folate, dietary fiber and magnesium.

  • Lettuce

    Our organic romaine lettuce is sweet and crisp, perfect for any of your salads. Romaine lettuce is low in calories and is an excellent source of vitamin A and lutien for healthy vision.

  • Oregano

    A wonderful dried herb used often in tomato sauces, combined with basil it contributes to the distinctive character of many Italian dishes. Oregano is also indispensable in Greek cuisine. Oregano adds great flavor to soups, salads, pizza, and meat dishes and is high in antioxidants.

  • Peppers

    A wonderful combination of tangy taste and crunchy texture, our organic bell peppers come in a wide array of vivid colors to liven up any of your dishes. They are excellent sources of vitamin A , C, B6, folic acid and lycopene.

  • Spinach

    Our organic grown spinach with delicate texture and jade green color provides more nutrients than any other food. Raw spinach has a mild, slightly sweet taste that can be refreshing in salads, while its flavor becomes more acidic and robust when it is cooked.

  • Tomatoes

    Tomatoes are known for their delicious versatility, from salads to salsas, sauces, and beyond. They contain one of nature’s most powerful antioxidants, lycopene, whose beneficial health effects increase with cooking. Varieties are available seasonally.
